What is consider a ';Mansion'; ? How big does the house have to be?

I was wondering cause there is this I would say 2000 square foot house 2 story ........and some people who has been in it says it is a ';Mansion';. Maybe a Mini Mansion....I don't know...these people have $. What's consider a ';Mansion';??
