What is best at this moment to rent or buy in Miami Dade or Broward?

I'm thinking on buying a new house. Im not a resident and I have been approved to have a loan of $380K with a MTA and 7.5% of interest. I was renting for $1,2K and we won't stay for more than 2-3 years... it's better to continue renting or buying it now that the bubble has stopped its growing...
